Home Church started as a group of friends who desired greater community that brought them closer to Christ.

The vision began through the Word. We came to the realization that if one were to start a church by using only the Bible to inform how the church should look (and not modern society), the resulting church would look completely different from the churches we often see today.

We decided to look to God's word to understand how this new church should look, how it should function, how we should act and care for each other, and ultimately - how we should live out our faith together.

Our purpose is simple - we exist to love God and love each other. We strive to carry each other's burdens, to support one another, to hold each other accountable, and to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ.
